    FTCI Student Certification Voucher Policy

    I. PURPOSE
    Establish guidelines and procedures for FTCI students to attain vouchers for Certification. This policy provides conditional information the student needs to agree to and follow concerning vouchers for Certification Testing. Additionally, it provides for compliance with FERPA.

    II. ACCOUNTABILITY
    The FTCI Program and Academic Director shall ensure compliance with this policy in collaboration and are also responsible for any reviews or updates to this policy.

    III. POLICY
    1. Certification Voucher: A one-time Voucher code per completed class provided upon the completion of three (3) or more practice exams in a class completed by FTCI instruction, earning a score of 90% or greater. PMP Program requires a minimum of two (2) practice exams earning a score of 90% or greater. Practice exams are designated and supplied by your FTCI instructor.

    2. Voucher Submission Timeframe: Maximum 1 calendar year from start date of enrollment into the specific class the student completed and requests a certification voucher. Vouchers can be expected to be supplied to the student within 72 hours.

    3. Eligibility: All students must be in “Good Standing” with FTCI. Students that have fallen below the Enrollment Agreement minimum requirements, shall not be eligible for certification vouchers.

    IV. SUBMISSION
    1. Submission for Voucher consideration requires the student to complete this form and attach proof of practice exam completion at or above the 90% threshold.

    2. Complete the webform and upload proof of practice exam performance.

    V. STUDENT ACKNOWLEDGMENTS
    1. I hereby acknowledge that future certification vouchers are contingent of completing this process in full. If I do not report back certification date(s)/score(s), I risk being ineligible for future vouchers from FTCI.

    2. I hereby acknowledge that I must, within 24 hours of the assigned Certification Exam date, communicate this information to student services via email studentservices@ctichicago.com

    3. I hereby acknowledge that I must, within 24 hours of completing the vouchered Certification Exam, communicate the results to student services via email studentservices@ctichicago.com

    4. I hereby certify that my uploaded practice exams are a true and accurate performance accomplished solely by the student seeking the voucher.

    5. I hereby acknowledge that FTCI and its affiliates may use any of my exam information and share both internally and externally with Academic and Government entities.

    6. I understand that the school is not required to provide certification vouchers and may discontinue doing so at any time, for any reason.

    HOW DO I SCHEDULE AN EXAM WITH Pearson VUE?

    BE ADVISED – IF YOU NEED AN ACCOMMODATION, PLEASE COORDINATE WITH PEARSON VUE FOR THAT PRIOR TO SCHEDULING YOUR EXAM 1.800.466.0450
    1a. If you already have a landing page, go to your testing program landing page.
    1b. If not, please head to www.home.pearsonvue.com and skip to #4.
    2. Click "Sign In." Enter your username and password.
    3a. You will encounter a page similar to the one below:

    4. In the "Ready, Set, test": Type Vendor Name (such as CompTIA)

    5. Once you see CompTIA under the box click "CompTIA"
    6. On the Sign In page, follow the instructions to sign in. If you are a new customer follow the instructions to create a New Account
    7. After you have signed in, Click "View Exams"
    8. Click on the desired exam
    9. Select Exam delivery option (if Selecting home office follow additional steps)
    10. Select Exam Language then click "Next"
    11. On Exam Details Page Click "Next"
    12. Answer Additional Questions Click "Next"
    13. Find Test Center Check the box next to the exam center Click "Next"
    14. Select "Date" and then underneath Calendar Select the "Time"
    15. My Order Page "Proceed to Checkout" (after double checking information)
    16. Agree to Policies Click "Accept"
    17. Checkout - Enter Payment and billing, Under Order Total you will find "Add Voucher/Promotion Code:" Click to make box appear
    18. In the "Voucher/Promotion Code" box add your voucher code and Click "Apply"
    19. Voucher will show as full payment for exam click "Next
    20. Checkout- Step 4: Submit Order. Double check all detail then click "Submit Order"

    If you wish to schedule your exam at a test center or through the Pearson VUE call center, please provide the test center agent or call center agent your voucher number when scheduling your exam. Please call 1-877 551-7587
