    Future Tech Program Change Request

    I. PURPOSE
    Establish guidelines and procedures for Future Tech Career Institute (FTCI) program change for FTCI students. This policy provides conditional information the student needs follow concerning requests for change of academic classes.

    II. ACCOUNTABILITY
    The FTCI Program and Academic Director shall ensure compliance with these procedures and is also responsible for any reviews or updates.

    III. ELIGIBILITY INFORMATION
    FTCI students who desire a change in their Academic Program and have updated their academic goals, may request a program change after reviewing their current Enrollment Agreement. Please speak to your Career Mentor to determine if your program modification plan is in line with your career goals.

    IV. SUBMISSION
    Navigate to futuretechcareer.com/programchange to fill out you submission form and upload applicable documentation for consideration.
